We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
We don't sell stock dresses, all of our dresses are custom made when we receive new order, this dress will only custom made for you
Returns Eligibility

Standard Size Items: You may return new, unused, standard-size items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Custom-Made Items: All custom-made dresses — including any changes to size, color, or style — are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a remake, or a partial refund if you choose to keep the item.
Return Conditions

Dresses must be in brand-new condition (no makeup stains, odors, alterations, or damage).
- All other store items must be in brand-new condition and unopen.

Items returned due to sizing errors (when the order was placed with incorrect measurements) can be altered at the buyer’s cost. Shipping fees apply.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our quality and timeline requirements.
- Any items that are return worn, package open, damage, odors, not in Brand New condition, will not receive refund, and you will not get the item back.
- Return an item because it arrive late, no longer need, should not be open.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 days for your bank to process the refund.
Explain Clearer
You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (not for custom made items). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please Contact Us at queenlinefashions@gmail.com, to provide you with the return address.
For all Custom-made dresses that means not follow the standard size chart, color, or style change from the photo, are non-refundable and non-returnable (Same rules goes for standard size custom made dress). For the dress in standard size, if any quality problem occurred, (not the size problem), please informed us maximum 7 days after you receive the dress (Based on the tracking record of the delivery company).
Any problem with measurements, customers could send it back to do some changes, but will be charge shipping fee. We accept returns on dresses in perfect brand new conditions (No smoke scents, no make up stains, no alterations) again (not for custom made items). Shipping back will be on charge of the buyer please do make sure the measurements are correct.
Almost all the products can be returned; except the custom made ones. Please keep the dress brand new with original tags and label on. See Unreturn categories above
All our Wedding dresses, Prom dresses, Gowns are custom made, even if you order standard size.
Standard Size Return Policy
Standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.
We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right. Please see following for the list of quality issues that are fully refundable for: Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, Damaged dress- We can remake one or return 20% payment to you, you keep the dress. In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:
1. Contact us within 1 day of receiving the dress (please let us know if you have some exceptional case in advance)
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc.
3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, or dry clean it otherwise it will not be accepted.
4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

International Returns & Customs Fee Policy
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees required by their country’s customs authority. These fees vary by country and are not controlled by QueenLine Fashions LLC.
If a customer refuses to pay customs or import charges and the shipment is returned to us:

No refund will be issued, including for custom-made or made-to-order products.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, as carriers do not return these costs.

Any return shipping or customs return fees will also be the customer’s responsibility.
Custom-made, tailored, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be refunded under any circumstance, including customs refusal or inability to receive the package due to local regulations.
Please note that some countries may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are set by the customer’s local customs authority and must be paid by the receiver.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we are unable to offer a refund—especially for custom-made items—because shipping fees and tailoring costs cannot be recovered.
We understand that some regions face difficult circumstances, and we always do our best to support our customers. However, customs rules are outside our control, and compliance is required for delivery.
