Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Most items take 1-3 business days to be processed while some may take up to 6-10 business days. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.
You have 24 hour to make changes, because once production begin we cannot change anything, or cancel the order, please understand.
For Wedding Dresses, Prom Dresses, Gowns, and Men Suits the processing is 12-20 days and some might takes 15-30 days, because our Wedding, Gowns and Prom Dresses are Custom made, then we Express shipping 3-5 days or UPS 1-3 days
