When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose, Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We'll also let you know whether or not your dress will be custom made, but if it's wedding dresses, prom dresses, gowns, men and women suits, shoes, children clothing, knows that they will be custom made.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Order Confirm
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Most items take 1-3 business days to be processed while some may take up to 6-10 business days. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.
You have 24 hour to make changes, because once production begin we cannot change anything, or cancel the order, please understand.
